this 3000 sf home in the heart of LA was originally built in 1949 and not much had changed since then. we added a mudroom, a new den, and some other contemporary touches like new light fixtures, hardware, paint, fence, and roof giving the overall home a much-needed facelift. even the smallest change can make a large impact.
